FastDrop

Trust & Safety

Security is our core promise. Here's exactly how we earn yours.

How we vet guides

Four layers of verification, applied before any guide is matched with a traveler — and maintained afterward.

Step 1

Police background checks

Every prospective guide submits a current police clearance certificate. We verify it against the issuing authority before a single interview.

Step 2

Government ID held

We hold a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport) for every active guide on the platform.

Step 3

Regional vetting

Guides are vetted for the regions they operate in — local language, terrain knowledge, and a clean record in that jurisdiction.

Step 4

Ongoing reviews

Vetting is not a one-time gate. We re-check documents and review traveler feedback on a rolling basis to keep the bar high.

Honest framing

Liability & responsibility

We are a facilitator, not a guarantor. FastDrop vets guides, plans safety-first routes, and coordinates support — but travel in any country carries inherent risk that no consultancy can eliminate.

By booking with us you acknowledge that FastDrop, its guides, and partners act in good faith as facilitators. We are not the insurer of every event that may occur during your journey. We recommend standard travel insurance for medical and logistical contingencies.

Good-faith partner

Verified guides · clear scope · honest limits.

24/7 SOS support

If something goes wrong mid-journey, the FastDrop SOS page lists India's emergency numbers and a one-tap form that reaches our team. We coordinate local help and stay with you until it's resolved.

India travel safety — your questions answered

Is India safe for tourists?+

Yes — millions of tourists visit India safely each year. The risk is manageable when you travel with a vetted local guide, stick to safety-first routes, and keep 24/7 support on hand. FastDrop exists precisely to remove the guesswork for safety-conscious and first-time visitors.

How does FastDrop vet its guides?+

Every guide submits a current police clearance certificate and government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport), which we verify before activation. We vet guides only for the regions they operate in, and we re-check documents and traveler feedback on a rolling basis.

Is India safe for solo female travelers?+

Solo female travel in India is common and manageable with the right precautions. FastDrop lets you request a female guide, routes you through vetted accommodations and transport, and keeps a 24/7 SOS line open. Rajasthan, Kerala, and the Golden Triangle are well-traveled circuits we support confidently.

What India travel scams should I avoid?+

Common scams include inflated tourist-price fares, fake guides at monument entrances, and touts redirecting you to commission shops. A FastDrop vetted guide handles negotiations, tickets, and routing so you sidestep these entirely.
